1. Daily Operations: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
2. Staff Supervision: Oversee front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, providing guidance and support.
3. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
4. Training: Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies.
5. Shift Management: Lead shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels and that all duties are completed.
6. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
7. Quality Control: Ensure food and service quality meets established standards.
8. Health and Safety Compliance: Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations.
9. Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on staff performance and customer feedback to management.
10. Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts among staff or address customer issues effectively.
11. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
