  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive BOMs for each item.
  • Ensure that BOMs are updated in system to reflect engineering changes, substitutions, or improvements.
  • Data entry for production consumption and warehouse activities.
  • Validate material availability, cost and address shortages or procurement delays.
  • Support cost analysis by evaluating material usage, component options, and vendor pricing.
  • Monitor cost variations and identify cost overruns.
  • Perform weekly cut off, monthly cut off and quarterly stock check count.
  • To manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry.
  • To perform basic office tasks, such as filing (daily updates), data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance department.
  • Other duties assigned by superior from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, or any relevant field.
  • Candidate with experience in Finance/Account preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work well with subordinates.
  • Able to operate accounting software (MACOLA is an added advantage).
