• To manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry for the accounts receivable accounting system. • To prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. • To document financial transactions by entering account information correctly and accurately. • To reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. • To secure financial information by performing database backups. • To prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. • To assist and provide support to the Accounts Department (Account Executive). • To perform basic office tasks, such as filing (daily updates), data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc. • To process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers and budgets. • To assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. • To handle emails related to payments, invoices, etc. • To ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents. • To assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, or any relevant field. • At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting field. • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. • Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work well with subordinates. • Able to operate accounting software (SQL is an added advantage). • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Training will be provided. • Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
