Responsibilities: 1. Identifying & Contacting Customers - Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email. - Follow up to ensure customers receive the required information. 2. Sales & Consultation - Provide information about home construction packages and services offered. - Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions. - Assist customers in selecting their home design and budget. 3. Closing Sales (Closing Deals) - Handle customer inquiries and address any objections professionally. - Ensure every prospect is processed thoroughly up to the sales closing stage. - Ensure customers are satisfied with the discussion process and the offer provided. 4. Customer Relationship Maintenance - Build good relationships with customers before, during, and after sales. - Provide sales reports and customer progress updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills: 1. Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. 2. Excellent communication skills to engage and convince customers. 3. Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets. 4. Proficient in using communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and social media. 5. Disciplined, dedicated, and positive in work ethics. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team. 7. High energy
