What You’ll Do: As an HR Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our company’s talent management and employee experience. You’ll partner with managers, employees, and leadership to create a positive, productive workplace. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding experience. Employee Relations – Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling concerns and resolving conflicts professionally. Performance Management – Collaborate with leadership to support employee development, conduct performance reviews, and assist in setting career goals and growth plans. Training & Development – Identify opportunities for employee training and development, and organize sessions that enhance skills, engagement, and career progression. Compensation & Benefits – Assist with compensation planning, benefits administration, and ensure employees are aware of the perks and programs available to them. HR Compliance & Recordkeeping – Ensure company policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. Employee Engagement – Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated, happy, and productive workforce. HR Reporting & Analytics – Track and report on key HR metrics (turnover rates, recruitment success, employee satisfaction) to help guide HR strategies and improve processes. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an HR professional who is proactive, empathetic, and skilled in building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee success. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous HR experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills – you know how to approach sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy. Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. A solutions-oriented mindset – able to assess situations and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in HRIS systems Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization. Passion for creating an inclusive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture.
