Job Scope 1. Crisis Communication • Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect the organization’s reputation. • Act as a spokesperson or prepare leadership for addressing public concerns during crises. • Monitor public perception and respond to misinformation effectively. 5. Brand Management • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms. • Oversee content creation for websites, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral. • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing and impactful materials. 6. Event Management • Plan and manage corporate events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs. • Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams for successful event execution. • Gather post-event feedback and measure success. 7. Stakeholder Engagement • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and community groups. • Develop communication materials for shareholders, such as annual reports and financial updates. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 8. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals. • Assign tasks, review performance, and provide guidance to ensure team objectives are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication efforts. ________________________________________ Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • 3 years of experience in corporate communication or public relations (varies by level). • Proven track record in managing communication projects and campaigns. • Knowledge of branding, social media, and media relations best practices. • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with tools for graphic design, content management, and data analytics. • Ability to plan and execute campaigns that align with business goals. • Strong networking skills to build and maintain external and internal partnerships.
