D365- Business Central Functional Consultant

The Dynamics Business Central Consultant will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions team supporting projects in the areas of ERP Implementation, and Business Process Improvement in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. Dynamics Business Central Financial Consultant is primarily responsible for ERP implementation and training our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central customers. Implementations and training sessions will focus on the various ERP modules including Finance (AR/AP/GL/CM), Inventory, Manufacturing, Job (Project) Costing, and Reporting. • Provides exceptional client service and develops advanced level deliverables and/or solutions to client issues • Need to understand construction industry design and requirement, • Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models • Implement Business central Construction ADD on ISV solution. • Acts as primary contact for clients regarding all questions and information, including progress, challenges encountered, and issues identified • Identifies new business opportunities to expand the practice and communicates such opportunities to his/her engagement superiors • Implementation and industry experience with these core areas of ERP functionality: AR/AP and GL, and Project/Job costing and financials. • Provide process and software training to our customers, both on-site and remote. • Provide on-going support during project implementations and post-go-live support. • Prepares formal and informal presentations for client meetings and drafts proposals and reports • Keep up to date with the growing product offerings from Microsoft Dynamics as it relates to ERP • Produces deliverables, distributes project documents and documents information from project meetings • Fosters a positive learning attitude and client service mentality with staff and seniors • Up to 25% Travel, as needed • Other duties as required Qualifications Education: • Computer, Civil or Others Steam Engineer Graduate. • Associate degree from an accredited university, preferred Experience:  Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.  Two (2) or more years ERP experience, required  One (1) or more years Dynamics experience in Business Central (BC), required  One (1) or more years strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required  Knowledgeable user of entire ERP system functionality, required  Some Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience, preferred  Client facing consulting experience, preferred  Strong project planning, scoping and management skills, preferred License/Certifications: • Industry related ERP certifications, preferred • Project management certification, preferred • CPA or accounting experience, preferred Software: • One (1) or more years of experience in one (1) or more of the following, required: • Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, Navision • Dynamics GP • Sage Intacct • NetSuite Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills • Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details • Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment • Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
