  • Focal point as receptionist and divert calls to respective person including distribution of letters and consignments.
  • Handle course registration, arranging accommodation and logistic, medical check-up when required.
  • Attend to customers inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and prepare training related documents.
  • Perform day to day administrative activities such as prepare material requisition form, provide PO, update inventory, order merchandise items, office stationery, office suppliers and etc.
  • Maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system by including digital or physical record.
  • Provide support and working closely with other team members and leaders to achieve individual and team key performance.
  • Perform and discharge additional tasks or ad-hoc assigned by Superior from time to time.
  • At least 1 year administration and customer service experience.
  • Proactive, able to do multitasks and work efficiently.
  • Practice high ethical at work and a team player.

  • Able to write and speak in English averagely
  • Able to work overtime, weekend or public holiday when required.
  • Good interpersonal skill and like to meet with people.
