PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager – Cleaning Services at NR Multi Group is responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across various sites, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Project Manager will ensure all cleaning staff have valid permits, optimize resource allocation, and implement innovative cleaning solutions. With a focus on operational efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance, this role plays a key part in NR Multi Group’s commitment to excellence in professional cleaning services. 1. Operations Management Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work plans based on client requirements. Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain service excellence. Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner. 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide leadership, motivation, and performance evaluations to staff. Assign duties and responsibilities to supervisors and cleaners effectively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards. 3. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and service requests. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess satisfaction and improve service delivery. Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure contract renewals and service expansion. 4. Financial & Budget Management Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects. Monitor expenses and control costs while ensuring quality service delivery. Generate financial and operational reports for management review. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce workplace safety measures to prevent accidents and hazards. Maintain records of training, safety audits, and incident reports. 6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay updated on industry trends, cleaning technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions. Optimize productivity through the use of eco-friendly products and efficient cleaning methods. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
