Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain service excellence. Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner. 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide leadership, motivation, and performance evaluations to staff. Assign duties and responsibilities to supervisors and cleaners effectively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards. 3. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and service requests. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess satisfaction and improve service delivery. Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure contract renewals and service expansion. 4. Financial & Budget Management Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects. Monitor expenses and control costs while ensuring quality service delivery. Generate financial and operational reports for management review. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce workplace safety measures to prevent accidents and hazards. Maintain records of training, safety audits, and incident reports. 6.
