  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Visual & Commercial Execution

  • Implement visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines to create an exciting arcade experience.
  • Arrange and display arcade machines and prize sections in an attractive and commercial manner to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain window displays, promotional zones, and interactive setups based on seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Ensure proper signage, pricing communication, and promotional materials are updated and in place.
  • Support the execution of arcade activation plans and themed event promotions.

    2. Customer Experience & Engagement

    • Ensure the arcade layout and game placements provide a seamless and exciting customer experience.
    • Partner with the operations team to drive customer interest through engaging prize displays and machine placements.
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of arcade trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance the arcade experience.
    • Assist in ensuring the arcade meets brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.

      3. Prize Management & Game Maintenance

      • Monitor and manage prize stock levels, ensuring prize sections remain well-stocked and visually attractive.
      • Coordinate with the arcade team to ensure the most popular games and prizes are highlighted.
      • Ensure proper prize care and machine aesthetics to maintain presentation quality.
      • Provide input on prize allocation and replenishment to maximize engagement and retention.

        4. Event Setup & Execution

        • Plan and execute arcade event setups, ensuring alignment with the brand’s theme and customer engagement goals.
        • Work with the marketing and operations team to coordinate event layouts, decorations, and special game placements.
        • Ensure interactive zones, promotional banners, and event-exclusive prizes are visually appealing.
        • Assist in preparing event materials, including signage, stage setups, and digital screens.
        • Manage event takedown and post-event store reset to ensure a smooth transition back to normal arcade operations.

          5. Training & Team Development

          • Educate and coach arcade teams on visual merchandising principles and game placements.
          • Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the team understands key seasonal trends and customer engagement techniques.
          • Conduct training sessions on visual execution, store maintenance, and commercial updates.

            6. Compliance & Arcade Maintenance

            • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines for arcade layouts and installations.
            • Work closely with the Facilities team to maintain lighting, fixtures, and arcade navigation.

              Keep all visual elements and machines in good condition, ensuring longevity and sustainability in arcade presentation.
