Responsibilities:
- To input orders into the system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements
- To generate a quotation requested by the customer and Sales Department
- To ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders
- Coordinate with Technical Support Department and Sales Department on customer orders, deliveries, requirements, and other related matters
- To maintain a good relationship with channel and feedback market information to management
- To assist in the preparation of sales-related documents (e.g. Service Reports)
- To attend to customers’ service requests, inquiries, and complaints per company service standard
- Able to handle the maintenance of the office (upkeep of office)
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Possess an SPM/STPM, Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field
- At least 1 year of sales, or customer service experience
- Able to write and speak in English is necessary - Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work independently/ alone
- Detailed oriented in documentation
- Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment
