Responsibilities:

  • To input orders into the system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements
  • To generate a quotation requested by the customer and Sales Department
  • To ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders
  • Coordinate with Technical Support Department and Sales Department on customer orders, deliveries, requirements, and other related matters
  • To maintain a good relationship with channel and feedback market information to management
  • To assist in the preparation of sales-related documents (e.g. Service Reports)
  • To attend to customers’ service requests, inquiries, and complaints per company service standard
  • Able to handle the maintenance of the office (upkeep of office)
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Possess an SPM/STPM, Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field
  • At least 1 year of sales, or customer service experience
  • Able to write and speak in English is necessary - Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work independently/ alone
  • Detailed oriented in documentation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
