Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement inspection machine programs tailored to product specifications and defect detection
  • Hands on machine troubleshooting and oversee the setup of inspection machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with QA and production teams to identify root causes and corrective action for customer complaints
  • Continuously improve inspection system and parameters to enhance defect detection accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct trials and analyze machine defects detection and capabilities
  • Provide feedback to manufacturing teams for process adjustments to minimize defect generation.
  • Train and lead operators and inspectors on the proper use of machine systems and defect identification processes.
  • 8) Ensure inspection machine processes comply with company quality standards and customer requirements
  • Maintain documentation and inspection records for audits and customer reviews.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operating or managing inspection machine in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of defect types and inspection criteria in manufacturing, particularly leadframes.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, commitment for continuous improvement and a commitment to quality assurance.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
