  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on quality objectives and goals to meet their demands for Quality
  • Use 8D methodology and other QC techniques to drive for corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement
  • Co-ordinates and manages customers' audit in the factory
  • Conduct periodical audits to validate corrective and preventive actions submitted to the customers
  • Attend customer quality review meetings via teleconferencing or face to face on site
  • Provide site quality support to customers
  • Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve customer product related issues
  • Measure or testing on frame thickness and plating coverage to ensure the result meet customer requirement specification and free from defect
  • Liaise with marketing and sales representative in order to fulfill customer needs and requirement for outgoing documentation, eg. FAI report.
  • Update record and MSA data to ensure performance achieve target and recheck data record for weekly review
  • Maintain and control spare part (equipment) has sufficient stock to avoid interruption to process
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database
  • Participate in ISO 9001 and TIATF 16949 Quality Management System audits

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the QA/QC related field is desirable
  • Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers and customers
  • Posses good communication and analytical skills
  • Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
  • Able to travel when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
