1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the division sales target and contribute to the company's overall success. Recommendation to management for the sales countermeasure plan and negative store plan. Generate monthly report for management review

4. Establish clear timelines for monthly report submissions, working closely with area teams to ensure data accuracy and follow operation deadlines

5. Design, develop, and update training programs and materials to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Conduct full training for new area or store manager. Carry out a full training programme for the specific area[problematic or new store],new area manager or store manager.

6. Oversee day-to-day operations of the area, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards and S.O.P. Compile an operational checklist and prepare a summary report for improvement by monthly basic

7. Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs mainly for operational and HR expenses

8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the division's success and regularly evaluate performance against these metrics by quarterly basic.

9. Conduct thorough and independent audits at least monthly for each area, reviewing financial records, operational procedures and supporting documentation in line with the company's operating policy and S.O.P.

10. Investigate complaints or enquiries and grievances, ensuring a fair and impartial process within the timescales set, and propose a plan to management.

11. Collaboration with the shopping centre in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve the overall performance and profitability of the outlet through annual exercises.

12. Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by top management. This may include tasks beyond the scope of the standard job description to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,550.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
