  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Responsible for company payment process and ensure payment expenses to be charged out to correct departments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, yearly closing activities (Include reconciliation) and submission withing deadline.
  • Ensure financial statement data is true, fair and compliance with accounting standard and regulation.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunity for improvement.
  • Support in budget planning and control.
  • Liaise with tax agent on tax computation and transfer pricing.
  • Oversee daily operation of AP (Account Payable).
  • Oversee daily operation of AP business unit and team.
  • Analyze, monitor, highlight and follow up on long overdue invoices including legal suits.
  • Conduct credibility assessment for new customer / change for existing customer.
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent or at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate with ACCA, CPA,CIMA or equivalent are preferred
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Has an eye for detail and hands on experience in using Autocount is an advantage.
  • Able to handle challenges, fast-paced environment and dynamic culture
  • High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team player who is self-motivated.
  • Good leadership, good communication skills and able to interact with all levels.

Preferably Senior Executive or Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
