- Leading and supporting all project stages including initiation, execution, and implementation internally and externally
- Own and take full responsibility for any issues regarding client relations and in the workplace by providing solutions to improve overall performance and work efficiency.
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
- To assist project and marketing team

- Communicating and coordination with colleagues as necessary
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Willing to travel within Sarawak
