Responsibilities:
1. HR:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the HR databases are up to date.
- Process payroll and manage benefits administration in compliance with Malaysian and Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in facilitating orientation and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support performance management by tracking performance evaluations.
- Assist in HR initiatives, including organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR projects.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both Malaysia and Thailand.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and provide support for other HR functions as required.
- Obtain and maintain insurance policies (both company liability, professional liability, and medical)
2. Account:
- Issue invoices to clients.
- Record receivable payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate vendor payments upon receiving necessary approvals.
- Company bookkeeping and work with company CPA for financials and company taxes.
- Assist in Management ad hoc tasks.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
