Responsibilities:

1. HR:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the HR databases are up to date.
  • Process payroll and manage benefits administration in compliance with Malaysian and Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in facilitating orientation and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support performance management by tracking performance evaluations.
  • Assist in HR initiatives, including organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR projects.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and provide support for other HR functions as required.
  • Obtain and maintain insurance policies (both company liability, professional liability, and medical)

2. Account:

  • Issue invoices to clients.
  • Record receivable payments and manage accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate vendor payments upon receiving necessary approvals.
  • Company bookkeeping and work with company CPA for financials and company taxes.
  • Assist in Management ad hoc tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
