  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Manage internal staff to reach KPI
  • Increase sales volume by acquiring new port pairs and CIF & FOB customers
  • Develop business for special cargo i.e. reefer and out-of-gauge (OOG)
  • Conduct regular meeting (virtual or physical) with the accounts stakeholders to understand the challenge/pain points; act to resolve or improve their concerns or issues
  • Conduct market research to develop growth and expansion
  • Maximize to fulfil Contract and weekly Account plan. Lead in tender negotiation to derive best business output for each of the trade lanes involved.
  • Understand digitalization plan to increase digital adoption amongst shippers
  • Monitor and manage long stay container

・Covering whole Malaysian and other countries (more Vietnam or Singapore)

Requirements

  • Education Background: Diploma above
  • Years of experience:3-5 years in shipping industry(or International Logistic/Forwarding industry)
  • Assistant manager or Manager experience for 3-5 years
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Additional Information:

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm
