Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our HR and Mobility team. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in human resources, immigration processes and business licensing administration.

The HR Associate will assist the senior team members in handling immigration and business licensing matters, coordinating with other departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting documentation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Key Role & Responsibilities

· Assist all related immigration and business license compliance documentation

· Support the preparation and submission of visa, work permit and immigration-related documents under the guidance of senior team lead.

· Stay updated with immigration laws and licensing regulations and ensure compliance with all necessary legal requirements.

· Maintain accurate records and database

· Contribute ideas to streamline administrative procedures and enhance efficiency in handling applications.

· Assist with any additional HR, administrative, or operational tasks as required by the team or management.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· No prior experience required; however, internship experience in HR, visa processing is an advantage.

· Excellent computer knowledge; Microsoft Office

· Good email writing skills and people oriented

· Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and has a positive attitude towards work with interest to learn and grow in the organisation.

Work Arrangements

· Location: Office-based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

· Working Hours:

o Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

o Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range

RM2,000 to RM3,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
