Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Account Payable & Receivable
- Prepare Monthly Reports
- Monitoring on overdue/ outstanding payment due from debtors
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Maintain Filing
- Data entry for revenue and expenses
- Corresponds between external supplier, customers on document quires.
- Ad-hoc task
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
