  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in mechanical design of building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related mechanical systems) for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct detailed calculations, load assessments, and simulations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage the coordination of mechanical systems design with the project team to meet client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
  • Attend project meetings, client presentations, and site visits as needed.
  • Monitor design compliance with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for project designs, including any modifications or revisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building services design within a consulting environment.
  • Experience with the design and integration of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and BIM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
