AITO is a leading fire protection service company serving the state of Selangor and Johor. We are looking for individuals that would like to join our company and make a lifetime career choice. The ideal candidate for this position will have relevant, have a background in engineering will be advantage.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strong leadership to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure successful completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on enginering initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare guidelines by describing operational and testing methods and procedures.
  • To discuss with customers when any technical problem arises.
  • Able to work unsupervised and highly self-motivated and detail oriented.

Requirements:

  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Must know right from wrong and govern yourself accordingly
  • Organized, self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player with a "can do" attitude
  • A desire to maintain knowledge of current industry standards and new technologies.
  • Have a background in engineering with minimum 3 years experiences
