Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business/product owners, customer service, and senior management, to align on project goals, change impact, and operational concerns.
- Analyze and document the impact of changes with high attention to detail and precision to mitigate risks.
- Develop contingency plans to manage potential risks and failed scenarios, ensuring business continuity.
- Design and implement tailored, role-specific training programs, addressing both technical and operational change aspects.
- Lead telco process mapping related to CRM and billing systems, ensuring efficient system integration and process optimization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or process improvement, preferably in the telecommunications or IT consulting industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document and assess business and operational impacts.
- Creative and strategic thinker with expertise in developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Hands-on experience in instructional design and training development, focusing on technical and operational change management.
- Proficiency in telco process mapping, CRM systems, and billing system integration.
- Certifications in PROSCI, PMP, Agile Change Management, or similar are an added advantage.
