Requirements

Professional Summary:

We are seeking an experienced System Business Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, system requirements gathering, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Customer Onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, along with strong proficiency in PLSQL for data analysis and reporting. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective and compliant solutions for customer onboarding and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for customer onboarding and KYC workflows.

2. Design and develop system requirements and specifications to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Work closely with development teams to implement and validate system changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

4. Perform data analysis using PLSQL to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities in customer onboarding and KYC processes.

5. Create detailed documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.

6. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.

7. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities to ensure quality and functionality.

8. Monitor the performance of onboarding and KYC systems, providing recommendations for optimization.

9. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of system changes and enhancements.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in customer onboarding and KYC.
