  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Strong knowledge of auto detailing products, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to identify surface imperfections and issues with vehicle finishes.
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:

1. Inspection of Vehicles:

  • Perform thorough inspections of interior and exterior detailing work on all vehicles.
  • Check for cleanliness, swirl marks, scratches, streaks, and overlooked areas.
  • Ensure products like wax and coatings are properly applied.
  • Ensure PPF & Tinted film are installed properly

2. Maintain Quality Standards:

· Establish and uphold the company’s detailing quality standards

· Ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition and customer expectations are exceeded.

3. Corrective Action:

  • Identify defects or missed spots and direct the team for necessary corrections.
  • Provide feedback to team members on performance and areas of improvement.

4. Customer Satisfaction:

  • Verify that all customer-specific detailing requirements are fulfilled.

· Assist in resolving customer concerns regarding quality-related issues

5. Team Training:

· Support training efforts to ensure team members adhere to quality standards

  • Conduct spot-checks and provide coaching to improve attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
