Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents for the store and production teams.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for production schedules, inventory records, and store logs.
- Ensure timely updates on inventory levels, order statuses, and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Support the inventory team in stock-taking and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and purchase orders.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate reports for management, including inventory, production output, and order status.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or store environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory software.
- Familiarity with production and inventory management processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
