Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents for the store and production teams.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for production schedules, inventory records, and store logs.
  • Ensure timely updates on inventory levels, order statuses, and production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Support the inventory team in stock-taking and audits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports for management, including inventory, production output, and order status.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or store environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory software.
  • Familiarity with production and inventory management processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
