  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop new business for executive search services
  • Play an active role in domestic and international sales activities
  • Ensure the crisp execution of the business plan
  • Upon securing new business, Search Specialist will remain as the consultant with the client.
  • Search Specialist to work closely with internal recruiters to effectively and efficiently complete search engagements.

Job Description:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job design, sourcing, screening, presentation, coordination, negotiation, employment on-boarding
  • Execute activities related to talent attraction and recruitment process and campaign
  • Accountable for recruitment and selection
  • Work closely with Client's HR & recruitment function, providing advice and assist to improve design and implement recruitment strategies and hiring activities for all position levels.
  • Search for qualified candidates to find the right person for the employer's vacancy.
  • Identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.
  • Daily and Weekly update on work and status progress to the team and management - Update the team on the potential targets and fine-tuning of the overall strategy of the search.
  • Search Specialist is responsible for the division’s results, the energy of the project, client communication and the outcome of the search.
  • Qualify, prepare, and present a minimum of three best-in-class candidates to the client within the agreed SLA.
  • Arrange phone and in-person interviews with all potential candidates, thoroughly evaluate, appropriately position and prepare each candidate, schedule and manage the client interview process from beginning to end.
  • Exceed client expectations, implement a project strategy and close the search(s).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
