Purchasing & Admin Assistant
Job Description:
1) Purchase Order Processing, assisting in the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders.
2) Recording & checking outlet’s purchases.
3) Interacting with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details
4) Checking & verify outlet’s petty cash.
5) Documentation and Record-Keeping, maintaining accurate records, documentation, and files related to procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and correspondence with suppliers.
6) Managing and process order request thru Food Market Hub system
7) Ad hoc Tasks, sample evaluations, vendor research, and other activities to support the overall procurement function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
