Regional Growth Manager – EdTech
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsibility:
Identify the need for certification programs in talent development space that requires assessment contents for cognitive/technological skills, reskilling/upskilling, and soft skills initially in English speaking markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, exploring opportunities and building business pipelines.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Communicating effectively the local market requirements to internal stakeholders.
Working and coordinating for new program on boarding process by collaborating with other functional team to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business partnership development in SE Asia market.
Ability to engage business discussion with C-level decision makers in government, semi-government, associations, and commercial organizations.
Experience in education and assessment experience is preferred.
Self-starter; strong closing skills with motivation for sales; willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, creative problem solving in a real-time, and strong communicator in a fast-paced sales environment.
Solid experience and track record of onboarding new clients and partners in the education technology market.
Excellent command of English communication skill and presentation skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Willingness to work in flexible hours to accommodate meetings with internal stakeholders resided globally.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
