Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding / offboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain, update and analyze candidate databases and recruitment tracking system.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and induction.
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
