Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding / offboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain, update and analyze candidate databases and recruitment tracking system.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and induction.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
