- Handling a full set of accounts and bank reconciliation
- Processing payments and monitoring of cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for a few entities within the Group
- Preparation of Reporting Package for Group Consolidation purposes
- Prepare monthly cash flows report
- Process bi-monthly SST submission
- Prepare and submit withholding tax
- Prepare suppliers' payments according to payment terms
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary and tax agents
- Any other activities as assigned by the superior
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the said position.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and verbal.
- Intermediate level in both Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Accounting software is an advantage.
- Bookkeeping, Auditing and GAAP Knowledge skills.
