Automotive Warranty Senior Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warranty Claims Evaluation:
Review and assess warranty claims submitted by dealerships or service providers.
Verify that claims comply with manufacturer guidelines and policies.
2. Technical Analysis:
Analyze repair orders, vehicle diagnostics, and technical reports to determine warranty eligibility.
Identify potential claim discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of claims processed and decisions made.
Generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Collaboration:
Liaise with dealerships, service managers, and technicians to gather additional claim information if required.
Work with internal teams to resolve complex warranty cases.
5. Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, technical service bulletins, and industry standards.
Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive warranty assessment, aftersales, or related fields.
Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
Proficient in using warranty management software and tools.
Excellent analytical, decision making, and communication skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
