Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management

3. Tenant Relations

  • Address tenant concerns and resolve issues quickly.
  • Build positive relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Enforce lease terms and property rules.

4. Maintenance and Operations

  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property inspections.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure the property is well-maintained.

5. Staff Management

  • Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure the team works efficiently and meets goals.

6. Compliance

  • Ensure the property follows all local laws and regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance, and inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in property management, with leadership experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate markets and local regulations.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Financial Skills: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Organization: Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
