In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with various date entry tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone, social media, and chat.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products, services, return, refund and policies.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while handling customer interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries or escalations.
Data Entry Tasks:
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and files in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Support the administrative & Finance team with data entry, report generation, and other tasks to facilitate efficient business processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
