Job description:

1. Payroll Processing:

  • Checking and follow up attendance records
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the organization, including comprehensive calculation of all components.
  • Generating monthly payment payroll reports and conducting payroll variances to identify and correct errors.
  • Ensuring timely payment for statutory and fixed monthly deduction payment.
  • Maintain updated and accurate payroll data.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
  • Liaise with Merchantrade/ Bank for opening Foreign Worker Account

2. HRIS Management:

  • Managing and maintaining HRIS data to ensure timely and accurate input from site partners.
  • Updating and maintaining HRIS records to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.
  • Maintain and orderly database and filing system both computerized and physical.

3. Statutory Compliance:

  • Liaise with government agencies such as IRB, EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF to ensure compliance with relevant statutory laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring Employee Tax Resident Status for Foreign Worker.
  • Preparing Form EA and YTD
  • Resolving any statutory payment discrepancies

4. Monthly Reporting:

  • Preparing monthly payroll report and bank reconciliation for Finance.
  • Provide Labour Cost Report for IHD.
  • Update employee cost center data.

5. Employee Leave Management

  • Verification of employee leave application (MC/Hospitalize)
  • Handling any special leave request such as Marriage Leave, Paternity, Maternity and etc.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate should possess Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing full payroll administration.
  • Experience in Construction payroll is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Meticulous, responsible person and have strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
