ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Handle full set accounts and ensure the accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts of the companies assigned.
- To perform accounts payable and receivable processing i.e. data entry into the system on supplies’ invoices received and ensures that the accounting entries are correctly captured.
- Ensure all recurring payments to be posted into system time and payments made are up-to-date.
- Review account payable aging during month end closing, identify and resolve any long outstanding balance and debit balance.
- Update customer’s payment record to system and knock off transaction accordingly.
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, such as data entry, weekly cash flow analysis, document organization and filing.
- Process monthly payroll.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- At least One-year experiences
- Must be computer literate (Excel and Microsoft Office)
- Required skill(s): Good personality, Independent, Professional work ethics
- Willing to learn and committed to work
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm
Saturday 8am – 1pm (2nd & 4th Saturday OFF)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
