Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers as they arrive and seat them promptly.
• Provide menus and explain the specials or promotions.
• Answer questions about the menu, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues swiftly and politely.
• Food and Beverage Service:
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist with preparing simple drinks, snacks, or small dishes (depending on the outlet’s setup).
• Check in with customers throughout their meals to ensure they are satisfied.
• Table Maintenance:
• Set tables neatly before customers arrive.
• Clear and clean tables quickly once customers have finished their meals.
• Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, and menus.
• Cleaning & Hygiene:
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Collaboration with Kitchen and Bar Staff:
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Help with food preparation or serving when needed.
• Communicate with other team members to keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy times.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in the opening and closing of the outlet, including setting up and packing away equipment or furniture.
• Handle basic cash register functions, including taking orders, processing payments, and managing cash or card transactions.
