Job Description: Personal Assistant to Senior Vice President (SVP)

Summary of job

Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the SVP to ensure the smooth management of her day to day affairs, and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the SVP's absence.

Main responsibilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

· Strong verbal and write communicant skills in English and Mandarin.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

· Organise meetings and ensure that SVP is well prepared for those meetings,

preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.

· Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the SVP. Communicant:

Serve as a primary point of contact for the SVP, handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls on their behalf.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
