Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Credit Card Products Development:

    • Lead all activities throughout the lifecycle of new credit card product development, including concept paper creation (market and competitor analysis, product features), securing internal and external approvals, legal agreements, project execution, testing coordination, and product launch.
    • Oversee co-branded products, managing and growing strategic partnerships with organizations such as GLCs, corporate clients, and others to expand BICC’s co-brand portfolio.
    • Prepare incentive payments for co-brand strategic alliances and generate related management reports.
  • Debit Card Products Development:

    • Manage all activities related to the development of new debit card products, including concept paper creation (market and competitor analysis, product features), approvals, legal agreements, project execution, testing coordination, and launching.
    • Oversee University Debit Cards (UniDebit), building and nurturing partnerships with universities, colleges, and other strategic alliances to increase the UniDebit portfolio.
    • Prepare incentive payments for co-brand strategic alliances and produce related management reports.
  • Infrastructure Development & Management:

    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and ensure that all enhancements and developments are aligned with future-proof solutions.
    • Analyze, review, and monitor system development and enhancement delivery to ensure quick time-to-market for credit and debit card products.
    • Manage activities related to new infrastructure development and compliance requirements, including concept papers, approvals, legal agreements, project execution, testing coordination, and launching.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis:

    • Continuously gather insights on industry trends, competitor product offerings, value propositions, solutions, and capabilities.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to ensure products remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
    • Share competitor insights with team members and management to keep products attractive and relevant in the market.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

    • Ensure adherence to all internal policies and guidelines, as well as external regulatory requirements across all products and processes.

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 7-8 years of experience in the banking industry, with 3-4 years in a team leader role.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative, meticulous, quick to learn, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Paint 3D, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
