Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell Bateriku service & products to workshop clients and corporate customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of sales strategies, and a customer-focused mindset to build long-term relationships and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Activities:
  • Actively promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to establish new accounts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Willing to entertain customers outside working hours.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners, managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Track sales performance against targets and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
