Job Summary
The BP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple BP outlets within a designated region. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting sales targets, and supporting business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Management
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are met.
- Ensure operational compliance with company SOPs.
- Manage and optimize business operation hours and service quality.
- Oversee inventory management and stock level accuracy.
System & Process Management
- Ensure proper utilization of internal systems (JBK, BRACE, Quicksight, Grafana, BMS, E-Count).
- Oversee order completion, stock tracking, and warranty processes.
- Address and resolve incomplete jobs and warranty issues.
Marketing & Business Development
- Support online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, sponsorships, and events.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations such as Petronas AutoExpert, MARA, and PUNB.
- Identify new BP prospects and manage onboarding processes (applications, site surveys, approvals, registrations, and renovations).
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Monitor BP financial assistance programs (SME, Axiata, BP loans).
- Ensure BP financial records are properly maintained and payments are tracked.
Training & Coaching
- Conduct regular training sessions for BP teams.
- Provide operational and marketing support to BPs.
- Organize upskilling programs such as RSA, Bhero, GGR, and technical training.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track BP sales performance and provide reports.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies, including leave management.
- Conduct regular BP site visits to assess performance and address challenges.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
- Address conflicts or disputes among BP teams.
- Escalate operational challenges to higher management when necessary.
- Provide coaching on BP operations and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- Good physical health
- Preferred age range is 18-35 years old.
- Experience in sales or related field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required
- Flexible working hours, especially when dealing with urgent dealer requests .
-Willingness to travel to dealer locations as needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with dealers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to address dealer issues and resolve disputes effectively.
-Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, guide, and motivate and dealer teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and time-management skills to handle multiple dealers and task
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
