SUMMARY
The HR Executive will be responsible for the overall management of Learning & Development (L&D), HRDF-related activities, and Recruitment. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, ensuring compliance with HRDF regulations, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, the role includes general HR support as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
- Identify training needs through consultation with department heads and performance evaluations.
- Develop and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external providers to deliver training programs that support organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain training records and reports for internal use and audits.
HRDF Management
- Manage HRDF claims, including preparation, submission, and follow-up with HRDF authorities.
- Ensure compliance with HRDF regulations and maximize fund utilization for employee training programs.
- Liaise with external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Keep up to date with HRDF policies and advise management on funding opportunities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
General HR Support
- Assist in other HR-related tasks such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in training, HRDF, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HRDF policies and claim procedures.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
