Medical Services Development Projects

· To support in the proposal of strategies, plan & lead the implementation of projects for medical services development which aligns with the business directions and contributes to growth of the organisation.

· Oversee/facilitate cross-functional work teams including external vendors to define project scope and objectives, develop preliminary project plans and designs.

Engagement & Recruitment Activities

· Develop good working relationships with internal & external specialists (incl. KOLs) through regular meetings to identify & understand pain points/business development opportunities, and effectively link services and benefits to customers’ needs to help promote services for the hospital.

· To liaise with all specialists on doctors & hospital needs, including strategic planning & organising of engagement sessions between specialists & hospital stakeholders as an avenue to develop, implement, promote or improve patient services (ie; cancer multi-disciplinary team meetings, journal clubs/CMEs, communication/introduction of new services, services improvement discussions, sharing of specialised clinical skill sets & services, etc)

Market & Pricing

· Continuously monitor, gather & review industry trends/competition/pricing/new developments/knowledge and stakeholders’ (doctors/allied professionals) feedbacks to anticipate future market & to ensure hospital services delivery is competitive.

· Recommends changes in products, services and policies where necessary by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Administrative, Reporting & Analysis, Development of SOP

· Responsible for administrative works of the department including preparation of regular & ad-hoc reports and analysis metrics for the department and projects involved.

· Submitting activity and results reports such weekly/monthly work plans and deliverables.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
