Responsibilities:
- Participate in productivity, quality, and cost reduction programs
- Contribute to process improvements to address printing quality issues.
- Drive build readiness at the Manufacturing Partner factory on owned sub-systems to meet product/process engineering requirements, including critical test parameters.
- Manage and collaborate with the outsourced Manufacturing Partner to deliver products support needs in the factory.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Partner to enable/support highly compressed product development.
- Work with counterparts and tool developers to set up new test.
- Prepare and send issue reports and monthly progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, with at least 2 year of experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of equipment/hand tools, materials, assembly, and processes.
- Good process development knowledge and experience with strong analytical skills to generate solutions and alternatives.
- Good team player with a willingness to learn.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently to perform assigned tasks.
- Must have normal colour vision, as accurate colour recognition is necessary for specific tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
