  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and assist lead a team of production operators to achieve daily targets (output) with low rejection
  • Assist to co-ordinate with various departments to ensure production plan is supported and meeting targets
  • Assist to maintain good housekeeping in production area to ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal and compliance to safety and work procedure
  • Assist to organize and allocate machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks
  • Assist to ensure group leader performing their daily tasks in accordance to the written work instruction or standard operating procedure
  • Assist to implement & enforcing company rules and regulations
  • Assist to check and verify report submitted by Group Leaders. Actions to be taken when there is any incompliance or non-conformities.
  • Assist to prepare & submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Report to Supervisor or Executive or Management on any problems which cannot be resolved
  • Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Top Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
  • Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required to work on shifts
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
  • Own transport required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
