We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and detail-driven Senior Contracts & Proposal Executive to join our team! If you have a strong background in contracts, tenders, RFQs, and commercial negotiations in the oil & gas industry, this is your chance to shine.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Own the Proposal Process – Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs, and prepare winning proposals that stand out.
Lead Commercial & Technical Clarifications – Handle all pre- and post-bid discussions with clients.
Manage Contracts Like a Pro – Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and industry standards.
Pricing & Costing Guru – Work with Finance & HR to optimize budgets and ensure profitability.
Client & Vendor Liaison – Be the primary contact for contract negotiations and execution.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to keep us competitive.
Drive Internal Compliance – Ensure all company licenses (Petronas, TNB, MOF, CIDB) and insurance policies are up to date.

What We Need from You:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts & Proposal Executive in Oil & Gas, NDT, or Manpower Supply
  • Strong knowledge of RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
