Job Duties & Responsibilities
HR Payroll
- Perform timely and accurate payroll administration
- Monitor staff disiplinary issue
- Ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
- Handling on Company uniform.
- Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time
HR Talent
- Updating staff information into the system
- Filling employee documentation
- Monitoring on staff confirmation process
- Doing full recruitment hiring process
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
- Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Knowledgeable in any payroll system with up to date knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations and legislation.
· Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
