Position : Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speaker) - Immediate Hiring
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable basis)
Salary: RM 4200 - 6500
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, Arabic, and English.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic, and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an international customer support environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, technology, or finance-related customer service.
