Position : Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speaker) - Immediate Hiring

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable basis)

Salary: RM 4200 - 6500

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, Arabic, and English.
  • Assist customers with product/service inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic, and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an international customer support environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, technology, or finance-related customer service.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
