Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources needed for the project.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
- Approve and manage purchase orders, change orders, and other financial documents.
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring proper coordination and communication.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and resolve any safety issues.
- Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards, meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline, budget, or quality and proactively develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Manage project delays, disputes, or other challenges to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Report project status, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
- All other related duties and job responsibilities that assigned to you by Management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities and meet deadlines.
