Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to drive strategic change initiatives within the telecommunications sector, particularly in CRM and billing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and instructional design, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business/product owners, customer service, and senior management, to align on project goals, change impact, and operational concerns.
  • Analyze and document the impact of changes with high attention to detail and precision to mitigate risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to manage potential risks and failed scenarios, ensuring business continuity.
  • Design and implement tailored, role-specific training programs, addressing both technical and operational change aspects.
  • Lead telco process mapping related to CRM and billing systems, ensuring efficient system integration and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or process improvement, preferably in the telecommunications or IT consulting industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document and assess business and operational impacts.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with expertise in developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Hands-on experience in instructional design and training development, focusing on technical and operational change management.
  • Proficiency in telco process mapping, CRM systems, and billing system integration.
  • Certifications in PROSCI, PMP, Agile Change Management, or similar are an added advantage.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
